A thirty minute ride by commercial high speed catamaran from Hamilton Island. Half or full day tours available. Spend an hour or two relaxing on the beach under the supplied popup shades or swim. Watch a seaplane land. Relax on the brilliant white silica sand. Sand is very squeaky underfoot. Pre booked overnight national park campsites are available. Very basic amenities. One of two most famous Australian beaches. Both Whitehaven Beach and Bondi Beach.
